Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding subscription renewals, pre-orders, and order cancellations.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with your statutory consumer rights, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you enter into the agreement or receive your first delivery (whichever comes later), without giving any reason.
  • Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within this 14-day window, you are entitled to a full refund of all payments received from you.
  • Return of Goods: If you have already received physical goods, you must return them to us in their original condition. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Exceptions: The cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or rapidly perishable goods.
2. Cancellations Up Until Fulfilment
For standard orders and pre-orders, you maintain total flexibility before your item leaves our facility.
  • Fulfillment Window: You may cancel any purchase for a full refund at any time prior to fulfillment.
  • Definition of Fulfillment: Fulfillment occurs the moment your order is packed, labeled, and a shipping confirmation email is issued, or when a digital service begins.
  • Post-Fulfillment: Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this clause, but it may still be returned under our standard Returns Policy or the 14-day cooling-off window.
