Thank you for visiting oldsovereignpublishing.com! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and that includes a clear and concise shipping policy. Below are the details regarding our shipping practices. 

Shipping Methods and Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, destination, and weight of the items in your order. Rates are determined by Shopify suggested rates or lower if possible. 

Order Processing Time 

As many of our products are made by hand it is not always possible or desirable to ship immediately. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order. At the point of delivery orders should arrive within 5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through the link which will take you to our shipping partner website. 

International Shipping 

We currently ship to all international destinations. Please note that international shipping may incur additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged or Lost Items 

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
